Wild Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 34 ounce  vsop cognac
  • 1  dash  bitters (recipe calls for Peychaud's brand)
  • 1  teaspoon  hibiscus syrup
  • 1  wild  fresh hibiscus flowers (wild hibiscus flower called for)
  •  champagne, Chilled

Directions

  1. Add the Cognac, bitters and hibiscus syrup to a Champagne flute and stir briefly to mix.
  2. Add the hibiscus flower and slowly fill the glass with chilled Champagne.
  3. Enjoy! :).
