Wild Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 ounce vsop cognac
- 1 dash bitters (recipe calls for Peychaud's brand)
- 1 teaspoon hibiscus syrup
- 1 wild fresh hibiscus flowers (wild hibiscus flower called for)
- champagne, Chilled
Directions
- Add the Cognac, bitters and hibiscus syrup to a Champagne flute and stir briefly to mix.
- Add the hibiscus flower and slowly fill the glass with chilled Champagne.
- Enjoy! :).
