Ingredients
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup corn kernel
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup kidney bean
- 1 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar (balsamic or red wine work well)
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (or chopped fresh garlic!)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 -2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1 -2 teaspoon hot sauce (to taste)
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
