Wife-Savor Chili

My wife's work has a Chili cook off every year to raise money for their Christmas party. She always used McCormick's seasoning and makes a very basic chili. She went to the store the night before to find out they were out of the McCormick's seasoning and came home all upset. I had never made Chili before, but love to cook. Did some research and created my own recipe. Everyone at her work loved it and it was the only one to be eaten completely. This recipe is mild, so spice it up if you like it hot. Show more
