  1. Preheat oven to 350°, spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine catsup, male syrup, horseradish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  3. Spoon some sauce into bottom of pan, lay chicken leg quarters in sauce.
  4. Smother with remaining sauce.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°.
