Whole Wheat Pecan Bread.

Ingredients
- 500 ml whole wheat flour
- 30 ml sugar
- 15 ml baking powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g pecans, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Stir in oil, egg and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the nuts.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased medium loaf tin and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when tested.
- Serve sliced with butter.
