Whole Wheat Pasta Salad With Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped (about 1lb.)
- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄2 cucumber, chopped
- 4 ounces artichoke hearts (reserve marinade for dressing)
DRESSING
- 1 shallot, minced
- 7 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons reserved artichoke marinade
Directions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and stir well. Pour over the salad and toss.
