Whole Wheat Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat macaroni
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sweet pickle, chopped
Dressing
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
- Mix pasta, celery, red onion, red pepper, and sweet pickles in large bowl.
- Mix dressing and combine with pasta and vegetable mixture.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
