Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon milk
Directions
- Heat water to 105-110 degrees fahrenheit and add yeast. Proof.
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In the bowl of a standing mixer, place all wet ingredients including proofed yeast.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet.
- Mix for 5-8 minutes.
- Place on a floured surface, and form into loaf.
- Spray a loaf pan and place the dough inside.
- Let rise until dough reaches the rim of your pan. Once risen preheat your oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Cook for 40 minutes.
