Whole Wheat Bread

Yields: 4 loaves
Ingredients
- 4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2⁄3 cup honey
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 11 -13 cups wheat flour
Directions
- Proof the Yeast with Water and Honey for 5 minutes, then add Salt, Oil and 7 cups of the flour. After is has been mixed well, add 3 more cups of flour and mix again. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. add remaining flour just until it pulls away from the bowl (it should still be quite moist).
- Allow to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Knead again for about 5 minutes. Form dough into 4 bread loaves and put in pans. Allow to rise again for 1 hour. Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degree for 25 - 30 minutes.
