Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup flax seed meal
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Add all other ingredients and mix gently. It's ok if it's a little lumpy.
- Heat griddle, and pour some of the batter on. Bake 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
