Whole Grain Blueberry Peach Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 fresh peaches
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
Directions
- Peel & Chop peaches.
- Mix all ingredients together gently.
- Heat griddle to medium.
- Fry in 1/2 C of batter until middle cooked through.
