White Sauce for Shrimp

From "Cotton Country", Monroe, LA, is this alternative recipe for a seafood cocktail sauce. There are some of us, including myself, who must carefully watch their consumption of tomatoes due to their high potassium content. I have substituted Dijon for Creole mustard as not sure how available everywhere. Show more
