Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- in a 3 quart saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil. Turn to lowest heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, fluff with a fork.
