  1. In a saucepan combine 1/4 cup of the half-and-half, white chocolate, stick cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Stir over low heat heat until chocolate is melted.
  3. Add remaining half-and-half.
  4. Cook and stir until heated through.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Remove stick cinnamon.
  7. Stir in vanilla and almond extract.
  8. Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon.
