• Yields: 1 quart

Ingredients

• 1  cup  moist fresh coconut or 1  cup  canned coconut
• 1  cup milk, use coconut milk if available
• 4  tablespoons sugar
• 6  ounces white rum
• 2  ounces white Creme de Cacao
• 1  cup  ice, crushed

Directions

1. in blender combine all ingredients, till smooth and thick. Pour into 4 oz glasses, and sprinkle with shredded coconut as a garnish.
