Ingredients
- 1 cup moist fresh coconut or 1 cup canned coconut
- 1 cup milk, use coconut milk if available
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 6 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces white Creme de Cacao
- 1 cup ice, crushed
Directions
- in blender combine all ingredients, till smooth and thick. Pour into 4 oz glasses, and sprinkle with shredded coconut as a garnish.
