White Corn & Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen white corn, thawed
- 3⁄4 cup avocado, diced
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro, freshly chopped
- 3 tablespoons white onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons poblano chiles or 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Stir together gently.
- Serve while cool.
