  1. Combine sugar, milk and margarine in heavy saucepan,mix well.
  2. Cooc over medium heat to 234 to 240 degrees on candy thermometer, soft-ball stage, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add vanilla, coconut,vanilla chips and marshmallow creme.
  5. Stir until chips are melted.
  6. Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch dish.
  7. Cool until firm.
