White Chocolate Popcorn Balls

Yields: 18 popcorn balls

  1. Combine popcorn, pecans and chocolate in a large bowl.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. Add marshmallows, stir constantly until marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour over popcorn mixture, toss until well coated.
  4. Dampen hands, shape mixture into 2 1/2 inch balls.
  5. Cool completely on greased aluminum foil.
  6. Wrap each popcorn ball in cellophane or plastic wrap.
