White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

  1. Cream together butter/margarine and sugars.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. Add dry mixture to creamed mixture, then stir in chocolate chips, grated chocolate, and nuts gently.
  5. Drop with tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
