White Chocolate Frosting Recipe

I got this over the internet this last month. It is not too sweet and it doesn't call for powdered sugar, which I hate the taste of. It was great on the red cake I made. Show more

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Let cool a bit.
  3. Put it in a bowl with cream cheese and butter.
  4. Beat it till smooth and blended
  5. It should be nice and thick now. The taste is very good.
