White Chocolate Fig Pie

This would be a nice dessert for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Directions

  1. In a food processor (or by hand) chop figs finely.
  2. Add melted chocolate, half and half and eggs. Process until smooth.
  3. Spoon into crust.
  4. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pie tests clean.
  5. Cool completely, then refrigerate.
