White Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut Brownie Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine shortening, brown sugar, water, and vanilla.
  2. Beat eggs into creamed mixture.
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  4. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed just until blended.
  5. Stir in white chocolate and nuts.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the dough 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake 1 baking sheet at a time for 7-9 minutes., or until cookies are set.
  8. Do not overbake.
  9. Cool for 2 minutes on a baking sheet.
  10. Place sheets of foil on countertop.
  11. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely.
