White Chocolate Chip and Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
- 1 1⁄2 cups granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped dry roasted macadamia nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Blend in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia pieces.
- Drop by teasponfuls onto ungreased baking pans.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
