White Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 7 ounces white chocolate
- 3⁄4 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Melt chocolate over warm water.
- Melt butter.
- Let both cool.
- Beat eggs and sugar together.
- Stir in almond extract, chocolate and butter.
- Fold in flour, salt and walnuts.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Pour into a buttered 12 x 18-inch baking pan and bake in a preheated 325 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool and cut into squares.
