White Chocolate Brownie Bits

Yields: 25 brownie bites
Ingredients
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped, toasted (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Gease and line an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping 2 sides for easy removal.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir until combined. Cool.
- Beat eggs, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl. Add cooled chocolate mixture. Mix until blended.
- Combine next 4 ingredients and stir into batter. Stir in pecans.
- Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 25-30 minutes, or until firm on the outside but moist inside.
- Cool in pan. Loosen brownies from sides of pan and lift out using overhanging parchment paper as handles. Cut into squares.
- TIP: Add 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate with the pecans.
