White Chocolate Almond Pecan Pie

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 1  cup light corn syrup
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 4  eggs, beaten
  • 6  ounces white chocolate, melted
  • 3  tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1  tablespoon vanilla
  • 1  tablespoon  almond extract (or to taste)
  • 1  tablespoon  chocolate flavoring
  • 1  cup pecan halves
  • 1  cup  almonds, sliced
  • 1 (9 inch)  pastry shells, unbaked

Directions

  1. Combine first eight ingredients; beat with an electric mixer until blended.
  2. Stir pecans and almonds into mixture. Pour mixture into pastry shell.
  3. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
