White Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons milk (I use soymilk)
- chopped parsley (optional)
Directions
- Place chicken breasts in 8x8 dish. Half and pound them if they are large.
- In blender, mix mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, honey, and milk.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cover and bake @ 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 160.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired.
