Ingredients
- 1 cup asadero cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Heat over low heat until melted.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
