White Burgundy Punch

Serves: 15-20

Ingredients

  • 2  oranges, juice and rind
  • 2  lemons, juice and rind
  • 1 14 cups water
  • 1  tablespoon honey
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles  white burgundy
  • 1  cup brandy
  •  crushed  ice

Directions

  1. Place the orange and lemon rind in a saucepan together with the water, honey and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes, then strain into a punch bowl.
  2. Add the juice from the fruit, the wine, brandy, and crushed ice, garnish with slices of orange and lemon, chill until needed.
