- Place the orange and lemon rind in a saucepan together with the water, honey and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes, then strain into a punch bowl.
- Add the juice from the fruit, the wine, brandy, and crushed ice, garnish with slices of orange and lemon, chill until needed.
