White Bean Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked cannellini beans
- 1⁄2 cup parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper
- 8 slices bread, cut in half
Directions
- In food processor, process parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic until finely chopped and blended.
- Add beans and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spoon on top of bruschetta.
