White Balsamic and Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a jar or tupperware container with a lid. Shake vigarously. Store in the refrigerator until ready to toss.
