Whiskey Marinade for London Broil

This is a recipe is wonderful, it will make any kind of beef taste great. It is a family recipe that is over 50 years old and has been handed down in the family.Leftovers make great sandwiches. Enjoy

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup Bourbon
• 3  tablespoons soy sauce
• 2  tablespoons vinegar
• 2  tablespoons  oil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Accent seasoning
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1  fresh crushed garlic clove
•  flat cut top round beef or   flank steak

Directions

1. Score meat with a knife of both sides. Combine all ingredients together and marinade steak for 3 hours or longer in the refrigerator.
2. Broil or grill to desired doneness and slice on the diagonal.
