Whipped Jell-O Icing for Angel Food Cakes

  1. Boil pineapple, water and sugar for 5 minutes.
  2. Add Jell-O, stirring well.
  3. Set aside; let cool until starting to gel.
  4. Beat 1 pint of whipping cream until stiff; stir in the Jell-O mixture.
  5. Ice your angel food cake.
