Whipped Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk (should be cold)
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
Directions
- Combine the pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed 1-2 minutes.
- Fold in the whipped topping. Spread on cake or cupcakes. This covers an angel cake or a dozen cupcakes. Makes enough for a 2-layer cake.
