Whipped Cream Biscuits

Only two ingredients in these quick, light biscuits! The recipe came from a cookbook my mother recently gave me. It is full of simple recipes for cooking outdoors, or cabin cooking. We tried them at home, with left over whipping cream and they were fantastic. I would recommend them, over Baking Powder Biscuits. If a little sugar was added they would be excellent for Strawberry short cake. Show more
