Perfect Whipped Cream

This is the recipe for whipped cream that we use for Grandma Iva's Pea Salad, which I posted. (Grandma Iva's Pea Salad).

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Yields: 2 cups whipped cream

Ingredients

• 1  cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 -4  tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. In a small bowl, beat the cream until it is slightly thickened.
2. Blend in sugar and vanilla.
3. Beat until thickened.
