Ingredients
- 1⁄2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teeny tiny pinch salt
Directions
- Whip until stiff.
- Continue mixing while adding sugar in a slow stream, then vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- For pie or shortcake topping use regular sugar, but for cake topping use powdered sugar.
