Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 1⁄2 cups canned Italian tomatoes, drained
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Saute garlic in oil for several minutes. Do not allow garlic to brown.
- Add tomatoes and oregano.
- Bring to boil, then simmer over very low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
