Wheat-White Pizza

A pizza made with wheat and all purpose flour. It feels healthier to eat and tastes good too!

  1. Mix the water and honey in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Spring the yeast on top and set aside for 15-20 minutes until bubbles form on surface.
  3. Put the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Slowly add the yeast mixture and mix with a dough hook until a dough ball forms.
  4. Knead slightly until dry ingredients are mixed well.
  5. Rub surface of a large bowl with olive oil. Transfer the dough ball and roll in oil to coat.
  6. Cover with towl and set aside for one hour in a warm place (dough should double in size.).
  7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  8. Roll dough thinly on a lightly floured surface.
  9. Add sauce and spices.
  10. Cover with cheese and bake for 15-18 minutes.
