Wheat Germ Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips or 1⁄2 cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix oil, egg, white & brown sugars until smooth.
- Add salt, baking powder, and milk.
- Gradually add the flour and wheat germ.
- Add vanilla and chocolate chips.
- Mix.
- Divide into 12 mini-loaf or muffin pans.
- Bake 20 minutes.
