  1. Using a food processor or blender, grind oatmeal until it becomes a coarse flour.
  2. Remove to a small bowl and reserve.
  3. Place tuna or turkey in processor and oil and blend.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, including the oatmeal, and pulse until mixture forms a ball.
  5. Continue to pulse for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Knead on a floured surface until a soft ball is formed.
  7. Roll out to 1/8 " to 1/4 " thickness.
  8. Cut into whatever shapes you prefer.
  9. Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F.
  10. Cool completely.
