Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2⁄3 cup wheat flakes, rolled
- 1 1⁄3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
Directions
- Add all ingredients to bread maker and set on Whole Wheat Cycle.
