Wheat Cups

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 3 ounces espresso
- 2 cups wheat cereal
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 1⁄2 cups skim milk
Directions
- wisk or beat to uniform consistincy.
- preheat oven to 350.
- spray tin with bakers joy.
- put 1 spoonfull at a time in muffin tin.
- bake about 15 mins.
- turn pan halfway through.
- bake untill golden.
- remove
- enjoy.
- optional
- add cocoa
- or coconut flakes.
