Wham Salad

This is a vegetarian version of ham salad for sandwiches or to use in a green salad. I got the recipe from the website for vegetarian food products, for the Worthington, Loma Linda and Cedar Lake brands of imitation meat products. Although we do eat meat, we love these recipes as well. I think you will like them too if you try them. Make sure you don't chop ingredients too fine or it won't mix well and it will be too gooey. You can find these meatless products in a natural health food store or online through vegefood.com The cooking time is the chilling time. Show more
