  1. Heat oil in saute pan and add garlic, mushrooms, and fish; saute 1 minute. Add baby prawns and scallops; saute 1-2 minutes more. Add shrimp, crab meat, fettucini, green onions, sour cream and half and half, saute until heated through. Finish off with the parmesan cheese, and add seasonings. Serve in a large heated boat dish, sprinkling top with fresh, chopped parsley, if desired.
