Wendy's Savory Sausage Cookies

A friend served these at a get together she was holding and I loved them so persuaded her to let me have the recipe.

• Yields: 60 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  lb  uncooked hot Italian sausage, casings removed
• 10  ounces aged cheddar cheese, grated
• 3  cups Bisquick

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together using your hands, blend thoroughly.
2. Shape into 3/4" balls.
3. Place balls on a rack over a cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350F.for apprx 25 minutes or until golden.
5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
