- Mix egg, sugar, salt and pepper together. Add flour and mustard.
- Keep it a nice smooth paste.
- Add melted butter, milk, water and lastly vinegar.
- Cook over low heat until as thick as cream. Do not boil.
- Keep in refrigerator.
