- 2 slices Canadian bacon
- 1⁄2 English muffin, toasted
- 1⁄4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 pepperoncini pepper, slice
Directions
- Heat skillet sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Add 2 slices bacon cook 1 minute per side.
- Top English muffin with the bacon, cottage cheese and pepperoncini, if using.
