Weekend Beef Burgundy

Ingredients
- 2 -2 1⁄2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 -1 1⁄2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1 (1 ounce) package herb with garlic soup mix, divided
- 1 (4 1/2ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1⁄2 cup Burgundy wine
- 4 cups prepared egg noodles
Directions
- Combine beef, soup, onion and bouillon in a large bowl; mix well.
- Stir in half the package of soup mix, reserving the rest for another recipe.
- Spread in a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover and bake at 325 for 2 1/2-3 hours.
- Add mushrooms and wine; bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Add noodles and stir to combine.
