Wedding Mints

This is a recipe that I got long ago! Its a very simple and easy to make recipe that tastes delicious.

• Ready In: 45 mins
• Serves: 200

Ingredients

• 3  cups powdered sugar
• 3  ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1  dash salt
• 2  tablespoons corn syrup
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
•  mint extract

Directions

1. Mix all together.
2. May use food coloring for those perfect colors!
3. Roll into a small ball, and then lightly roll in sugar before pressing into mold.
4. Let set for a while to become dry.
5. May be frozen as well.
